Sapphire Energy Solutions announces that it is to host an educational webinar on Financial and Operational Efficiency for the E&P Sector on Tuesday 5th March 2013, 3.30 – 4.30pm.
The afternoon event is specifically targeted at Financial, Purchasing and Operational managers within Exploration and Production focussed Oil & Gas companies. The session will focus on how Sapphire’s software solutions can assist with the complex accounting, procurement and inventory requirements of E&P organisations.
The hour long session will explore how Sapphire’s modular solution can grow with organisations as they expand their asset portfolio and move through the various phases of a project as operators or non-operators. Sapphire’s Energy Solution experts will demonstrate the breadth of functionality within their unique solution offering. This will cover strong Financial Management powered by the Infor SunSystems package, demonstrating how to manage multiple GAAP reporting requirements, multi-entity accounting such as Joint venture and PSC.

Sapphire completes acquisition of UK based Infor10 Financials Business (SunSystems) VAR
Sapphire Systems and General Systems have joined forces to form the largest global Infor10 Financial Business (SunSystems) partner.
General Systems has been a successful Infor SunSystems partner for over 20 years and has an active Infor10 SunSystems and Kontrolla (procurement management) client base. There are direct product and positioning synergies with Sapphire’s Infor business and geographically, with Sapphire’s Manchester offices.
Effective immediately Sapphire will be jointly responsible, with the General Systems team, for providing General Systems’ clients with maintenance, support and account management services.
Jeff Willcott, General Systems’ General Manager, said “Sapphire shares our client-first values and our customers will now benefit from Sapphire’s extended support hours, support team webcasts, scheduled training days in both Manchester and London and annual customer user day events.”
